Feedback regarding your comments on the SASSA online application process
Thank you all for taking the time to comment on the SASSA online application process. You’ve Earned It/YEI forwarded your comments (and will continue to forward relevant comments) to the Executive Manager of SASSA.
He has responded that your comments are very useful and that SASSA will definitely engage with them, and will provide some feedback to YEI and PF&D members on what services are already available (e.g. the ability to update details online). SASSA will also determine which suggestions are feasible going forward. We will keep you updated as to progress on this front.
Update: We have received feedback from SASSA regarding a lot of your comments and will be releasing this information shortly to assist seniors with their Social grants.
