To minimize time away from home, we urge customer to make use of the following services:
- Submit scripts via the Clicks app. An SMS will be sent when their pre-packed medication is ready for collection. Download the Clicks app on Google play or via the Apple store.
- Get your Chronic medication delivered to your home or nearest Clicks Pharmacy free of charge via Clicks Direct Medicine. To submit a script, call 0861 444 405 or send your chronic prescription to directmedicines@dirmed.co.za
- Sign up for our Repeat Prescription Service and receive a monthly SMS reminder when your pre-packed medication is ready for collection. To submit a script, call 0860 737 328 or email your script to repeat@clicksgroup.co.za
- Shop online at clicks.co.za and get all your Healthcare, hygiene, personal care and other essential products delivered to your home. Customers can order schedule 1 and 2 products online and collect these products at their nearest Clicks Pharmacy. To place an order, sign in or create your online account at clicks.co.za
How to register and do online shopping
with Clicks
- Go to https://clicks.co.za/register/registerCustomer
- Create an account
- Create an account
(remember to have your Clicks club card handy if you have one so that your rewards program can be linked) - Complete details
- Click register
- Ensure that personal details are correct as registered
- Save changes
- You will then be able to see what rewards you currently have
- This is where you can go in the future to keep track of your rewards and your spend
- You can now begin shopping
- You can search for the specific item you require, via the drop down, illustrated on the left in the image above, or you can search for items via the search bar on the right as illustrated in the image above
- Scroll down and click on the item you require
(for this illustration I am searching for Slow mag tablets) - Click on Add to basket
- Select the quantity you require
- You can then Continue shopping or Proceed to checkout
- Once you have completed your shopping, go to your Shopping basket
- Proceed to checkout
- Ensure that
- Delivery details are correct
- Delivery method is completed
- Payment method is completed
- Click Pay now
- Your payment will be processed and an email or sms will be sent to you to confirm the delivery
