1. Senior citizens qualify for up to a 50% discount off the Rate of the Day, subject to availability. Discount offered only applies to this specific offer and cannot be used in conjunction with another special offer or rate.
   • Rates are Nett and non-commissionable.
2. This promotional offer is exclusively available to senior citizens aged 60 years and above and is available to South African citizens only.
3. Upon check-in, guests are required to present their South African ID as a requirement as proof of age. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the reservation being charged at the standard rate.
4. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel via phone or email. Third-party bookings may not be eligible for the promotional rates.
5. Discounted rates must be confirmed by the hotel in writing at the time of reservation. Discounts do not apply after the booking has been made.
6. Discount only applicable to one room per booking i.e. the room occupied by the senior guest.
7. The promotional offer is subject to availability and are at the discretion of the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to limit the number of rooms available for this promotion on any given night.
8. Southern Sun reserves the right to close out the offer during major or sporting events and peak periods.
9. The rates include Value Added Tax but exclude a 1% Government Tourism Levy charge per room, per night. These charges will be settled by the guest upon arrival.
10. This promotion is not valid for group bookings and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated by the hotel.
11. Modifications to the reservation dates or cancellation of the booking may result in forfeiture of the entire payment made. Changes to the reservation are subject to availability and approval by the hotel.
12. The hotel reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the promotional offer and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
