Experts in the field
Meyer De Waal, director of MDW INC, started his professional career in 1980 with a 6 year stint at the Master of the High Court and also regularly lectures on the topics of Wills, Estates and Trusts as a member of the Wills Estates and Trusts Committee of the Law Society – Cape of Good Hope in the Western Cape, we are able to provide a comprehensive service in any of these aspects.
Meyer is often called in as an expert to resolve complex estate matters and/or a dispute between trustees or heirs and beneficiaries.
In addition, Jan Pretorius, a consultant at MDW Inc, gained his expertise inter alia as a Senior Estate Controller at the Master of the High Court in Bloemfontein and distinguished himself with merits awards. He commenced practical legal training as a candidate attorney with Symington & de Kok in Bloemfontein where he started practicing as an attorney in 1985. He later opened his own practice as an estate expert in Pretoria, specialising in the administration of insolvent, deceased and curatorship estates, drafting of Wills and Trusts. He also acted as director and non-executive director in companies associated with a listed company and holds office as Trustee in various Employee Trusts.

Free Wills for Pensioners
MDW INC offers a maximum of 5 free basic wills per month to pensioners.
Should a will be complex in nature, MDW INC has the right to discuss a fee structure being put in place with the person concerned.
