The Bee Keeper’s bee tips

Posted By Marilynh / February 13, 2012 / Home & Garden / 0 Comments

If you see bees continuously “coming and going” from an aperture somewhere in or around your home or garden … or if you see the swarm arrive and/or find a hanging bee-ball, you have bees

Even if you love the idea of having a swarm please remember that the longer you leave them the greater the chances are of them becoming defensive; and exponentially harder to remove them when you eventually decide it’s time for them to go. (Or when they decide it’s time for you to go …)

In both instances, please don’t attempt to remove them yourself. Whilst your efforts might be effective, you or your family – especially your animals – are at risk of being stung or, equally undesirable, killing the swarm!
