Competition Terms & Conditions

General Terms & Conditions

  • The judges’ decision is final an no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Entry information will not be shared with any third party without the entrant’s prior knowledge and consent.
  • Competitions are open to South African residents only.
  • Competitions are not open to YEI employees and their immediate families, the prize sponsors or their respective advertising agencies and PR companies.
  • The prize(s) will go to the first name(s) selected at random after the closing date.
  • YEI reserves the right to publish the name(s) selected and/or photograph(s) of the winner(s).
  • Prize(s) are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
  • By entering a competition, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions specific to ticket give aways

  • Tickets are only valid for specific date and performance time and my not be upgraded, exchanged for cash or for and alternate performance.
  • Two tickets per prize winner unless otherwise stated.
  • Prize winners will be advised by YEI when and where their tickets are available for collection.
  • No shows will not receive replacement tickets.
  • By entering a competition, the participant agrees to the terms and conditions.

Winners will be contacted directly by YEI, via email, unless otherwise specified. The names of the winners will be forwarded to the organizers of the competition, announced on the YEI website and YEI Facebook page.
