Patsy Lombard, is YEI’s own registered travel professional. Think of Patsy as your “tour guide” who will lead you to the perfect vacation. Patsy works across multiple platforms to help clients book a wide variety of vacations.

Patsy worked for SAA from 1971 – 2015. She worked in all departments and was a customer service agent at O.R Tambo and Cape Town International Airport. In 1993, she was promoted to the Industry Travel Office which is an in-house travel agency for all staff. She booked and sold all holiday and duty travel domestically and internationally, not only on SAA, but all other affiliated Airlines with whom SAA had Interline agreements. Patsy is also highly experienced in travel insurance.
Patsy is offering YEI members a personal service in that she will research all the options that are available to you, based on your budget and requirements and present you with the best travel solutions. She will need to make contact with you in order to understand exactly what you are looking for, in terms of travel, tours, dates etc.
Patsy does charge a nominal service/administration fee for her services, which is R120 and needs to be paid upfront before she can starts working on your travel options.
