Moon Shine on Whiskey Creek

Moon Shine on Whiskey Creek living area

Moon Shine is a small and enchanting venue situated in unspoiled indigenous forest in the very heart of the Garden Route.

Experience the forest from the comfort of your stunningly hand crafted wooden cabin nestled among the trees.  Or drink in the views from the wide veranda of the garden cottage.

Take a look on our website at the Forest Cabins (private units) – “Firefly”, “Bushpig”, “Tree Frog”, “Vervet” and “Fly Me to The Moon” Forest Cabins  and the “Butterfly” garden cottage.

And for those lazy days at Moon Shine, enjoy the following:

Swim:  in the fabulous sparkling swimming pool close to the cabins.
Hike:  from your cabin through the forest to a secluded natural  mountain pool – this is a must to experience in this untouched fairyland.
Play:  an imaginative playground awaits the young and young at heart.
Bird watch:  we have a growing list of over 60 bird species.  You are almost assured of a Knysna Loerie (Turaco) sighting.
Experience:  nature, resident Vervet monkeys and fireflies.  If you’re lucky, there’s Bushpig and Bushbuck to be spotted as well.
Surf:  the internet from the beautifully situated wi-fi and info zone
