Run/Walk For Life – your health, your fitness, your life

The programme

Run/Walk For Life,  a National Franchise business, was born out of an attempt to meet the needs of sedentary people, as well as to promote well-being through exercise. Despite there being numerous athletics clubs and gyms catering for the needs of seasoned and already fit athletes, the exercise needs of unfit, overweight and/or unhealthy people were not well catered for.  Run/Walk For Life was set up to cater for this huge group of people – those who are currently a little out of shape, want to get fit and shed a few kilograms, but feel uncomfortable and/or intimidated by joining the local gym or running club.

The franchise

Are you looking for a part-time business . . . Doing what you love?  Run/Walk For Life has franchise opportunities available nationally – at minimal cost to the right applicants.

Run/Walk For Life franchises are PART TIME businesses, with sessions held three times per week.  Sessions last for 1.5 hours each.  Earning potential is dependent on membership numbers, but can realistically range form R5000 to R15 000 per month.  So, if you are a passionate runner or walker (current or ex), have between 15 and 20 hours per week free, and want to earn some money, a Run/Walk For Life franchise may be for you.

You could own your own franchise for only R5000
